We're Seeking Compassionate Counsellors and Therapists
DARS offers free counselling to adults and children over 11 years old.
We are looking for dedicated professionals to help guide clients on their journey to recovery. If you have experience in this field and want to make a real difference, we'd love to hear from you.
Pay is £35 for a 50-minute session.

Applicants must have:

Experience working with people who have experienced domestic abuse.

A minimum of a diploma in counselling with a minimum of 350 client hours.

Be registered with a professional body such as the BACP.

Have insurance.
-
Have their own supervisor.

Work in or near North Somerset
-
To be able to work in time-restricted sessions.
Not essential, but useful to have:

Experience in working with children and young people, and or people with chronic pain or disabilities
-
Their own room.
